Mr Kumar said ''Eastern Economic Corridor'' should be created from Raxoul in Bihar to Paradeep in Orissa and a bridge should be constructed on the Ganges at Bakthiarpur through public private partnership. The issue of Eastern Corridor deserved serious consideration of the Planning Commission, he said adding a dedicated port should also be constructed on Eastern Coastal State to promote trade activities relating to industries and agriculture in Bihar.
